Welcome to BM INVOICE. By using our advertising services, you agree to the following terms, policies, and content classifications. These guidelines are designed to ensure transparency, compliance, and effectiveness across all advertising campaigns.

To ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain content quality, all advertising materials must go through a mandatory content review process before being launched.

3.1 Submission Requirements
All advertising content — including text, images, videos, and destination URLs — must be submitted BM INVOICE team for review prior to campaign launch.

3.2 Review Timeline
Estimated review duration may vary depending on the content classification:

White Content: 1–3 hours

Grey Content: 3–6 hours

Black Content: 6–12 hours (based on risk level and complexity)

⏳ Note: During peak periods, review time may be extended slightly. Clients are encouraged to submit content as early as possible.

3.3 Rejected Content
If content is rejected, the client is responsible for making the necessary revisions or providing alternative materials. The campaign may only proceed after the revised content is approved by the BM INVOICE team.
3. Content Review Process
At BM INVOICE, we strive to provide responsive and timely support for all clients.

Official Operating Hours: 10:00 – 23:00 (GMT+7)

Emergency Support: Available 24/7 via Telegram, exclusive to Black Content clients

Note: Processing times may be affected by VietNam public holidays
5. Operating Hours & Support
To maintain service quality and compliance, violations are handled according to the following structure:

1st Violation: Client will receive a warning and instructions for correction

2nd Violation: Account suspension without refund

Severe Violation: Permanent ban and blacklisting from all future services by BM INVOICE
6. Violation Handling
Ad accounts provided by BM INVOICE are to be used strictly for agreed-upon campaigns only.

Clients are prohibited from accessing, modifying, or interfering with the accounts directly unless otherwise permitted.

Any unauthorized use or misuse will result in immediate suspension and possible permanent ban.
9. Account Usage Policy
All campaigns must fully comply with the advertising policies of the platform being used (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Google).

BM INVOICE will advise clients on compliance, but the final responsibility lies with the client.

Repeated non-compliance or attempts to bypass platform rules may result in campaign termination and account revocation without refund.
10. Platform Policy Compliance
All information shared between the client and BM INVOICE, including campaign strategies, ad creatives, and payment details, is treated as confidential.

We implement strict internal controls to ensure data security and prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

BM INVOICE will never share or sell client data to any third party without explicit consent, unless required by law.

1. General Principles of BM INVOICE Services
BM INVOICE categorizes advertising content into three groups: White, Grey, and Black, each with specific industry types and policies. Clients must adhere strictly to the rules outlined below to maintain account integrity and campaign approval.

2.1. White Content Group (Compliant Content)
Applicable Industries:

Fashion, cosmetics, consumer products, food & beverage (F&B)

Real estate, furniture, home goods

Education, technology, approved health sectors, travel

Policies:

Minimum daily budget: $50 USD/day

Accepted payment methods: USDT (TRC20) or local VietNam bank transfer

Content must be clear, accurate, and not misleading

No exaggerated claims or absolute guarantees

Visuals must not be offensive or infringe copyright

Landing pages must clearly and honestly represent the product or service being advertised

2.2. Grey Content Group (Restricted Content)
Applicable Industries:


Credit services, job recruitment, financial education, dropshipping (with unclear product sources)

Investment apps, AI-based financial tools, new e-wallet platforms

Policies:

Minimum daily budget: $150 USD/day

Must use intermediate landing pages (no direct pixel tracking)

No investment enticements or guaranteed returns allowed

Content must be submitted for review at least 6 hours prior to launch

No content modifications during the campaign without prior approval

2.3. Black Content Group (High-Risk / Platform-Prohibited)
Applicable Industries:


Gambling, online casinos, lotteries, betting games

Forex trading, signal services, unlicensed stock platforms

Loan applications, lending services, unregulated investments

Policies:

Minimum daily budget: $300 USD/day

Mandatory weekly prepayment only (no daily or partial payments accepted)

100% full prepayment required before campaign launch

Use of cloaked domains, disguised content, or redirect techniques is mandatory

No direct linking ("naked" runs) or use of branded logos from prohibited services

All content must be either approved or created by the BM INVOICE team

Accounts will be immediately revoked without refund if unauthorized content changes are made
